Federation of the Norden Associations (FNF) organizes cooperation between the NORDIC associations (Föreningarna Norden) in the 5 Nordic countries and in the 3 autonomous areas.

It is FNFs task to coordinate and support this work.
FNF is working closely with the Nordic Council of Ministers and Nordic Council and FNF are working determinedly to organize the best possible cooperation between the Nordic voluntary organizations and the official Nordic cooperation bodies.
FNF is involved in efforts to actively involve neighboring areas in the northern circuit. We do this by working with organizations in the Baltic countries and Russia.

Knowledge, friendship and cooperation

With knowledge, friendship and cooperation the Nordic region will be developed into a region of opportunity.

Therefore, it is FNF's goal to spread awareness of the other Nordic languages, culture, history and society.
